Q : Which destinations can I book online?
A : All the destinations displayed in the flight
schedule (can be subject to modification without notice).
Q : Which fares are available online?
A : When you buy
your ticket online, you have access to one-way
and roundtrip fares (20kg / 44lbs baggage allowance per
person).
» The Air
Tahiti Airpasses are not available online. However, specific rates for
your
multi-islands trips are proposed online
(special
conditions apply).

Fares
including 50kg (110lbs) baggage allowance per person are not
yet
available online. If you wish to make a reservation including this
baggage allowance, please fill the reservation request form available
here.
Q : How many days before departure can I book my ticket on the website?
A : You may buy your ticket online up to 7 days prior to departure.
Q : How many passengers can be included per reservation file?
A : You may book up to 9 passengers per file, adults and children, and each adult can travel with an infant on his/her knees. The infant must have a reservation, even though he/she doesn’t occupy a seat.
Q : How can I pay?
A : The payment of the booking is not immediate. To proceed to the payment, a secured payment link will be sent within 72 hours following your booking (except on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) to the email address provided in your profile. A Payment time limit of 48 hours will be given. Once the Payment is authorized, you will receive an email including your electronic ticket details. If the payment is not made within the time limit period, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
Q : Can I safely pay online with my credit card?
A : Data transmitted online, such as credit card number, are protected by the safest available encryption system (SSL v3).
Moreover, the request for your security code at the time of payment is an additional check to make the transaction more secure.
Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards are accepted.
Q : Once I have bought a ticket online, which documents are sent to me?
A : At first, you will receive an e-mail informing you of the creation of
your reservation file
» Once the payment is authorized, you will receive a second
e-mail confirming the issuance of your electronic ticket.
» At check-in, please show a copy of the e-mails confirming
the issuance of your tickets together with your ID.
Q : Can I check my reservation file on the website?
A : Only the reservations bought on our online booking service can be
accessed.

- Enter your user name and
password.
In this section, you can see an update of your reservation file by
clicking the “Refresh” button and after the “Detail” button. Your file
thus displays departure and arrival times updated at the time of
consultation.
Flight schedules may be subject to change without notice.
This is why we strongly recommend you to log on and check your
reservation file before each departure.
Flight changes or cancellations cannot be made online. If you wish to
modify or cancel your booking, please contact
Air Tahiti’s call center specifying your booking references.
Q : Can I buy a ticket online for travellers other than myself?
A : In an effort to reduce the risk of fraud, the payer must also be one of the passengers in the reservation file.
Q : How can I change a ticket bought online?
A : You may change the ticket you bought online, respecting applicable
conditions, by contacting
our call center via email.
Q : My child is traveling alone, can I book his/her ticket online?
A : A child traveling alone requires special attention and care, this is why we do not accept reservations for non-accompanied children on our online sales service. Please contact your usual travel agency or our call center by clicking here.
Q : I am a passenger with reduced mobility or a corpulent passenger. How should I prepare for my trip?
A : Our online reservation system does not allow us to identify automatically your needs for assistance at the airport and on board. To make sure that we will take into account your specific needs, please make your booking with your usual travel agency or our call center by clicking here.
Q : I am traveling with oversized baggage or an animal. What should I do?
A : Online reservation does not allow the data entries needed for special
treatment of oversized
baggage or animals.
