Information concerning Air Moorea
Dear partners,
We would like to inform you that the "shuttle flights" operated between
Tahiti and Moorea by Air Moorea (an Air Tahiti subsidiary) will be
discontinued by the end of October 2010. Those flights, displayed in
the GDS with a VT code under a code-share agreement, were sold to our
tourists customers with one way, return or pass fares.
From November 1st (beginning of the Winter 2010 flight schedule), Air
Tahiti will add two ATR flights to the present ATR Tahiti-Moorea
flights, one in early morning and one in late afternoon, taking into
account some connections with international flights. Therefore, there
will be 4 to 5 daily flights from Tahiti to Moorea; and 2 to 3 daily
flights, from Moorea to Tahiti, as per the provisional flight schedule available here,
allowing for the normal commercialisation od this important sectors for
our tourism activity.
We regret the inconveniences caused by this situation, and remain at

Schedule release
SUMMER schedule: valid April 1st
to October 31st
WINTER schedule: valid November
1st to March 31st
Timetable publication and
dissemination into the distribution systems: one month before the start
of the season. In case reservations were already made, you will be
notified by queues in your system
Air Tahiti tries to keep its
schedules steady. The information below will allow you to build
inter-islands circuits based on principles that are stable from one
season to the next one, thus limiting the risks of serious
modifications in your PNR.

There are several flights per day
in PPTHUH/HUHPPT, PPTRFP/RFPPPT, PPTBOB/BOBPPT.
MOZBOB: In
general, there are two flights in the morning, one in late morning or
one early afternoon.
BOBMOZ:
one daily flight.
MOZHUH / HUHMOZ:
one daily flight except for MOZHUH not
available on wednesday.
MOZRFP:
daily flight except on Thursday. Otherwise you can do MOZPPT
(with Air Moorea) + PPTRFP.
There is no flight RFPMOZ:
you should make combination RFPPPT/PPTMOZ
with Air Moorea.
HUHBOB/BOBHUH:
daily flight except for HUHBOB not available
on wednesday.
RFP/BOB:
daily flight; BOBRFP: there are flights
on Monday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday/Sunday, and on Saturday
in high season.
HUHRFP/RFPHUH:
one daily flight except for RFPHUH
on Thursday only in High Season and not available on Sunday.
PPTMAU/MAUPPT/RFPMAU/MAURFP:
there are flights on Tuesday/Friday/Sunday. Additional flights are
scheduled on Monday and Wednesday in high season for PPT/MAU
and MAU/PPT.
BOBMAU:
on Friday and Sunday. MAUBOB on Sunday.
Northern Tuamotu Islands
PPTRGI/RGIPPT:
approximately 20 flights per week. From 1 to 6 flights per day.
PPTXMH/XMHPPT:
daily flight.

Tuesday/Wednesday/Sunday.
PPTTIH/TIHPPT:
one to two flight(s) per day, except on Thursday. For Thursday: TIHPPT

this paragraph concern relations between BOB and (RGI or TIH or XMH or
FAV), also called “Transversaux”.
All the possibilities mention
below, with the mention “with transfer” have a “built-in” connection on
an intermediate island, and, even if it doesn’t respect the minimum
connection time, they are granted by Air Tahiti.
Do not hesitate to reserve them.
Moreover, the intermediate transit
is not considerate as “stopover” with pass conditions apply
