Online sales make your life easier! This brand new service, available
on our website, lets you find available flights in real time, make your
reservations in a few clicks and buy your electronic tickets, without
ever leaving the house!
• When you buy your ticket online,
you have access to one-way
and round-trip fares (20kg / 44lbs baggage allowance per
person).
• The Air Tahiti Airpasses
are not available online. However, specific
fares for your multi-island trips are proposed online
(special conditions apply).
• Fares including 50kg
(110lbs) baggage allowance per person are not available
online yet. If you wish to make a reservation including this baggage
allowance, please fill the
reservation request form available here.

Practical guide to Air Tahiti online
sales
1.
Access our online sales from our website’s home page
Passengers
with special needs (unaccompanied child, persons who need special
assistance …): in order for us to take into
account your specific needs, please make your booking with your usual
travel agency or contact
our call center. Actually, the Online reservation system does
not allow us yet to identify your needs for assistance at the airport
and on board.
2.
Choose your flights
Please select:
- The type of trip required (round-trip, one-way or multiple
destinations)
- The island of departure and the island of destination.
- Departure and return dates
- The number of adults, children and infants
Any of these information can be modified during the reservation process.
3.
Select your flights
To help you to make your choice, click on the flight numbers in order
to find additional information (type of aircraft, number of
stopovers…).
4.
Airfare rules
Click on the “Detail” and “Rules” buttons in order to access the
airfare rules applicable to each flight.
5.
Identify the main passenger
- Click on "Register as a new user" if this is your first time on our
online sales website, and create your client profile. We recommend you
to keep your user name and password details because you will need them
each time you will check your itinerary in the "Check your
reservations" section.
- When you travel with several persons, only one client profile is used
for the creation of your reservation file. Information pertaining to
your related travellers must be entered under "passenger information".
6.
Traveller details
Important:
The first and last names must be the same as on the passport you will
be required to show at the airport.
Rarotonga (Cook Islands):
the passport number is mandatory
when traveling to this destination. If you wish to know the documents required (visas), click

7. Reservation summary and payment
This page recaps your reservation and the corresponding fare.
To proceed with payment, a secured payment link will be sent within 72
hours following your booking (except on Saturdays, Sundays and public
holidays), to the email address provided in your profile. A Payment
time limit of 48 hours will be given. Visa, Mastercard and American
Express credit cards are accepted.
Once the Payment is authorized, you will receive an email including
your electronic ticket details.
If the payment is not
made within the time limit period, the booking will be automatically
cancelled.

8.
Confirming your trip
At first, you will receive an email informing you of the creation of
your reservation file. Once your reservation is paid with the secured
payment link, you will receive within 72
hours (except on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), an
email confirming the issuance of your electronic tickets,
At check-in, please show a copy of the e-mails confirming the issuance
of your tickets together with your ID.
9.
Flight reconfirmation
Flight schedules may be subject to change without notice.
If there is a change:
- An email will be sent to you during
working days (Tahiti time)
- Beside
working days and/or if you are not able to
view your emails, we strongly recommend you to check your flight
schedule before each departure :
1. By checking your booking record online :
• Click on “Check your reservations” on our website’s home page
• Enter your user name and password
• Click on “Refresh” and then, click on “Detail” to review your
complete itinerary.
Your booking record is thus updated and displays departure and arrival
times at the time of checking.
2. By
contacting Air Tahiti’s staff at the departure airport or by calling
our call center.
